An elegant, textural Australian white wine produced by winemaker Allira as part of the creative Pernod Ricard Winemakers side-project.Sourced from the warm, dry Riverland region of South Australia, it puts a unique, lightly oaked spin on a traditional Mediterranean variety.The wine opens with a fragrant bouquet featuring jasmine, lime zest, ginger, and green pears, complexed by savoury notes of crushed cashew nuts and a hint of white mould cheese.On the generous and ripe palate, it displays stewed pears, Meyer lemon, and orchard fruits, where the oak integration adds a subtle, creamy coconut nuance and baking biscuit tone.It concludes with a balanced, medium-to-long finish defined by a distinctive ocean-spray brine, a hint of anise, and a slightly nutty, textural grip.
