Aruba Instant On 1430 16-Port Gb Unmanaged Layer 2 Ethernet Switch with PoE

A retail-return Aruba Instant On 1430 16-port gigabit switch with PoE, sold as a clearance return with an AU power cord. Small business IT installers and network resellers who sell to offices and home labs are the typical buyers. Confirm the unit is complete with its power cord and that the PoE and ports work, since returns are untested and the listing gives no test details.
