Full Description
The vineyard in the 2022 vintage experienced primarily mild and cooler growing conditions. The timely arrival of September rainfall further supported the growing season, resulting in consistent fruit maturation. Around two weeks prior to harvest we reduced the water to encourage the grapes to partially dehydrate andconcentrate flavours. The combination of our unique soils and summer weather that lasts until May enables us to produce this special wine. The result is a deeply coloured Shiraz bursting with fruit flavours and aromas. Part of the "12Hr Wine Sale - 10am-10pm" sale on Grays.
