Full Description
The 2024 Riverland vintage started in late January and wrapped up by March. The weather was mostly favourable, with only a few hot days reaching the 40s. The grapes developed excellent varietal flavours, leading to well-balanced wines with good length. Chardonnay grapes were gently crushed, destemmed,and chilled before pressing. The juice was then cold-settled until clear and fermented at 12–14°C on French oak. Then the wine was stabilized, ready for packaging.
