Full Description

The Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon were handled separately during winemaking with a range of techniques used, such as open-top fermentation for aeration, pre-fermentation cold soaking for improved colour and tannin extraction, as well as post-fermentation maceration on skins. The two varietals were blended after maturation. The philosophy behind Ebony is purity; showcasing fruit richness, flavour and smooth, approachable tannins. Part of the "Daily Wine Sale" sale on Grays.
