Full Description
The 2023 vintage delivered vibrant fruit concentration, thanks to warm ripening conditions and careful vineyard management. Shiraz was fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve bright fruit character, followed by gentle oak maturation. A combination of seasoned and light-toast oak barrels added subtle vanilla and spice while retaining the wine’s vibrant fruit profile. Part of the "12Hr Wine Sale - 10am-10pm" sale on Grays.
