Full Description

The 2024 Clare Valley Riesling reflects a season of precise balance, with dry winter and early spring conditions followed by timely pre-Christmas rains that brought freshness and intensity to the fruit. Grapes were harvested in the cool of morning, gently pressed, and fermented slowly in stainless steel to capture vibrant citrus and delicate floral aromatics. After brief lees contact to enhance texture, the wine was carefully reduced to 9% alcohol, allowing the natural brightness, energy, and varietal purity of Clare Valley Riesling to shine through in a lively, elegant finish. Part of the "No Reserve from $2 per bottle" sale on Grays.
