A modern, refreshing, and leaner-style Margaret River white crafted by winemaker Michael Kerrigan.Fermented and matured in French oak barriques for 11 months, it expertly balances the natural vibrancy of Wilyabrup fruit with a sophisticated, restrained structural frame. Colour: Brilliant pale straw with delicate hints of fresh green around the edge. Aroma: An elegant and layered nose showcasing fresh rockmelon, yellow nectarine, white peach, and citrus aromas, underpinned by subtle notes of vanilla nougat, grilled cashew, warm wax, and sea spray. Palate: Medium-bodied and supple, displaying a fine-tuned balance between crisp stone fruits and a faint, creamy texture. Subtle elements of delicate biscuity oak, dried honey, and flint emerge without overpowering the bright, pure varietal fruit. Structure: Driven by a zip of lively lemon curd and mouthwatering acidity that narrows and focuses the palate, leading into a long, clean, and beautifully composed dry finish.
