An authentic, minerally driven Burgundian Chardonnay born from a collaboration between winemaker Romain Collet and importer Kermit Lynch.Sourced from classic Kimmeridgian limestone soils, this warm-vintage bottling balances rich orchard fruit depth with the signature briny tension distinct to northern Burgundy. Colour: Medium straw-gold with a faint tint of pale hay and white reflections. Aroma: Highly expressive and oceanic, leading with aromas of crisp green apple, lemon pith, and crushed sea spray alongside delicate white spring flowers. Palate: Pure, plump, and beautifully balanced, bringing forward layers of juicy pear and lemon zest with a touch of solar sweetness, structured by racy acidity and a chalky, saline-flecked finish. Part of the "12Hr Wine Sale - 10pm-10am" sale on Grays.
