Full Description

Kanosuke Sherry Casks Vatted Limited Edition Whisky (1x 700mL), Japan. Kanosuke Sherry Cask Vatted Single Malt Japanese Whisky 700ml is a richly styled limited-edition Japanese single malt that showcases the influence of carefully selected sherry-seasoned casks on Kanosuke’s signature coastal spirit. Produced at the Kanosuke Distillery in Kagoshima Prefecture, the whisky reflects the distillery’s modern interpretation of Japanese whisky-making while drawing upon more than a century of Komasa Jyozo’s distillation heritage. Matured in a combination of sherry casks and Kanosuke’s distinctive re-charred ex-shochu casks, the whisky delivers remarkable depth, texture and aromatic complexity while retaining the distillery’s elegant house style. Part of the "Premium Ports & Spirits feat. Bowmore" sale on Grays.
