Monowai Estate is a family-run, cool-climate winery in Crownthorpe, Hawke’s Bay, producing boutique wines from a single high-altitude vineyard site. The free-draining stony river terraces and inland position create vibrant aromatics, natural acidity, and purity of fruit across their range. Owners Emma Lowe and Marcelo Núñez bring winemaking experience from New Zealand and Chile, reflected in Monowai’s focus on expressive, terroir-driven Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, and sparkling styles.
