Now displaying magnificent bottle-age development, the nose unfolds with a multi-layered bouquet of ripe Meyer lemon, dried apricot, and ginger, seamlessly integrated with nuances of oyster shell, raw almond skin, and a delicate touch of noble reduction. On the palate, the old-vine pedigree is immediately evident in its weightless power and expansive, persistent texture. Flavours of grilled citrus and stone fruits are harmoniously framed by a fine chalky mineral drive and a subtle touch of classy oak from its time in 500-litre puncheons. It finishes with a long, salivating line of natural acidity, a touch of white pepper, and a rich, creamy aftertaste that highlights its impeccable balance.In contrast, the Sandhi Sta.
