Sauna & Float Voucher with Lakeside Wellness - Valued at $100

Full Description

Bring yourself back to balance with Lakeside Wellness, a holistic wellness centre offering naturopathy, massage, lymphatic drainage, flotation, infrared sauna and more, just a short walk from Lake Ginninderra. This voucher entitles you to a 60-minute float and a 30-minute infrared sauna session. Float therapy, also called flotation therapy, is floating in warm, salty water in a calm, private space. The Epsom salts keep you comfortably afloat, and because the water is heated to skin temperature you can switch off from the world around you. Our tank is open, so it is more spacious and less confining than a traditional pod. A traditional sauna heats the air around you. An infrared sauna heats your body directly, which makes it much less humid and a more comfortable way to sweat for many people. Far-infrared is the longest infrared wavelength. It reaches deepest into the body and prompts a deep sweat. Donated by Lakeside Wellness
