Silky and vibrant on the palate, with bright acidity and delicate tannins, finishing elegantly with lingering red fruit and a gentle savoury edge. 1x Soumah Equilibrio Hexham Pinot Noir 2021 Elegant and savoury, with ripe cherry, red plum and wild raspberry, complemented by hints of dried herbs, forest floor and warm spice. A supple, silky palate is supported by fine tannins and balanced acidity, leading to a persistent finish with earthy depth and subtle oak complexity.
