Swift River Distillery Double Barrel Whisky 46% (2x 700mL), QLD Using premium Australian malted barley and selecting the finest ``cuts`` followed by maturation using small capacity re-coopered ex wine barrels from American and French Oak, then transferring to larger barrels.This has resulted in a superb whisky with numerous complex spice and fruit notes. This Single Malt Whisky has been maturing for over 6 years, resulting in a high quality whisky suitable for enjoying straight. Part of the "Premium Ports & Spirits feat. Bundaberg" sale on Grays.
