This enchanting creation is unapologetically bold and bright, a testament to the vibrant character forged in the sun-soaked embrace of our two new Riverland vineyards at Cobdogla andLoxton. Bathed in the warm, Mediterraneanlike climate of the region, the fruit of this wine beckons with a romantic affair of watermelon, raspberry, and sour cherry.We vary the blend each year to capture the essence of each vintage, with each variety contributing unique characteristics to the overall blend. After a wet spring and delayed ripening, the grapes were picked during thecool hours of early morning to preserve the elegant fruit flavours that define our beloved and everchanging Rosé.
