Full Description
The 2025 season across South Australia was warm and steady, with cool nights helping maintain natural acidity and varietal purity. Fruit development was even, producing concentrated flavours with excellent balance. Fruit from our estate vineyards was harvested in stages for optimal ripeness, destemmed, and fermented intemperature-controlled vessels to extract vibrant colour and fine tannin. Each batch was kept separate before careful blending, allowing the final wine to showcase harmony, richness and the hallmark intensity of our vineyards.
