An ultra-premium, single-vineyard red wine from the Yarra Valley, produced only in exceptional years from the estate's oldest Pinot Noir blocks to deliver a deeply complex, powerful, and structural expression of the variety. Colour: Deep, luminous ruby red with bright clarity. Aroma: A highly perfumed and brooding bouquet showcasing dark cherries, wild strawberries, and spiced plums, intricately layered with fragrant whole-bunch spice, violet florals, and a hint of forest floor. Palate: Rich and texturally driving, offering concentrated flavours of dark red berries, savoury herbs, and exotic spices. The fruit is remarkably deep, carrying a subtle gamey complexity. Structure: Impeccably composed with a fine, vibrant line of acidity and a firm spine of stalk-derived, chalky tannins that provide a commanding, long, and savoury finish.
