The decommission and transport company will need to carry commercial general liability insurance at base $2M occurrence and $4M aggregate - allowing as low as $1M/$2M with Minimum $2M umbrella policy added. Offered for sale is a 1993 Blazer Industries modular classroom building, approximately 20 ft x 80 ft, wood frame construction, currently installed on blocks. REMOVAL REQUIREMENT (CRITICAL) THIS BUILDING MUST BE FULLY REMOVED BY FRIDAY, JULY 10, 2026. -Failure to remove by deadline may result in forfeiture without refund. -Seller has a recommended company buyer can work with to manage dismantling, transport, and set up of existing prefabricated structure. -A Building Moving Permit issued by the City of Eugene will need to be obtained.
