50 acres of hay (winner will cut, bale, remove)

This auction is for approx 50 acres of hay that is growing near our water treatment plant. This auction is NOT for the land, all we are selling is the rights to come out, cut the hay, bale the hay and haul it off. Hay needs to be cut, baled and removed by August 07, 2026 (weather permitting... this date is flexible) All 50 acres must be mowed regardless of what you bale. It is strongly suggested that you come out and inspect the land and grass before bidding. Inspections are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Inspection appointments must be made by contacting Will Olms at wolms@rollacity.org or calling 573-466-3039. Conditions of all items are "As is, Where is". Only the items described are included in sale regardless of what else is pictured. Under no circumstances will Rolla, MO assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
