(K&E), a major American manufacturer of engineering and surveying instruments. Features: The instrument includes "High Transmission Coated Optics," designed to improve visibility, and a serial number indicating its production era. Purpose: Historically used by surveyors and engineers to measure horizontal levels and elevation differences over distances. Condition: Item is used.
