Description

Vintage Compaq Proliant DL380 from around 2000 or 2001. Spent the first years of its life as an Exchange Email Server in a small City then went on to be an Internet Proxy Server in another city before retirement. Boots up and runs. Has, what I believe to be, the first releases of the Lights Out Remote Management card. This used to be called a RIB board, more recent incarnations are integrated to the system board and are called iLO. Hard drives are wiped and working. That being said, they have been around for 25+ years so you may want to back your data up to the included vintage Compaq 20/40 DLT tape drive. Dual P3 (Slot 1!) Xeon processors. Includes a SmartArray 431 RAID card. Includes 4 10K 18.2GB hotswap Ultra3 SCSI drives. Includes added dual NIC 10/100 Compaq server NIC- NOT GIGABIT. Dual Power Supplies. VGA video DL380R01 P800-256 128 US This server weighs somewhere between 50 and 60 pounds. Shipping costs may be extravagant.
