Forklift is in working condition. Forklift needs to be charged up, as battery is low. Potential bidders are highly encouraged to request an onsite inspection to gauge the actual condition for each piece of equipment for themselves. Inspections require a minimum of 24-hour advance notification. Inspections and pick-up are limited to Monday-Friday. Winning Bidder will be required to sign a "Hold Harmless" document, as seen in the last photo and the GovDeals "Bill of Sale" document, prior to initiating pick-up appointment. The condition of items are "As is, Where is" Only items described herein are included in sale, regardless of what else is pictured. Under no circumstances will U.S. Postal Service or its personnel assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
