12X60 WILLIAMS SCOTSMAN MOBILE OFFICE UNIT

Description

This is a 12X60 Williams Scotsman mobile office unit. Unit was set up at its current location 2009. Following information provided by department: The trailer smells very musty if we don't constantly run a dehumidifier, so there is moisture getting in somehow. Several door frames are broken and will need to be fixed. Many doors lock but can be simply yanked open. There is rot around most of the door frames. Some of the insulation underneath has been ripped open and pulled out (probably by wildlife) but most of it is intact. It appears that all the wheels used to bring the trailer to its current location are still present, with some lying on the ground, but they may or may not be dry rotted, so can't be relied upon to move the trailer. The sink hardware and interior doors are generally somewhat corroded or degraded with the closet door not able to close and latch anymore. The A/C still works. The tongue of the trailer appears to be still attached. A lot of the floor tiles have been replaced over the years. Department will need to work out the timing of disconnecting water, sewer, electricity, and communication lines before buyer can remove. Item sold with bill of sale only. Item sold AS IS-WHERE IS.
