Located at Norris Hall on the VA Tech Campus @ 495 Old Turner Street, Blacksburg, Va, 24061 (Refer all questions to Casey Lucas, 540-599-9253 or email: casey92@vt.edu, between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm). This is a Kent Surface Grinder. Department states the machine is in working order and is located in a shop in Norris Hall that is ground level. Buyer will be responsible for moving item out of the building and loading it. Department has a forklift on site and is willing aid in loading to the ability of their forklift. Please, inspect before bidding. Buyer is responsible for ALL LOADING AND REMOVAL. SOLD AS IS / WHERE IS. If using a 3rd-Party agent; buyer must notify seller prior to item removal. Buyer must notify Ron Barrett (ronald@vt.edu) by email with name of person picking up item(s). The buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy of buyer's certificate, including their signed authorization to release their items. Person picking up will be required to sign the Bill of Sale. CONDITIONS OF REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment with 24-hour notice. If additional time is needed for pickup, it must be approved by Ron Barrett, ronald@vt.edu by email the item is purchased.
