NO GUARANTEES. Please refer to the Special Instructions section for pickup information. Buyer will be responsible for all loading and removing. City staff will not assist. An appointment is REQUIRED for pick-up of this item. Buyers with no appointment will be turned away and advised to schedule an appointment!
