NO EXCEPTIONS Only items described are included in the auction, regardless of what other items may appear in the photos See photos. Inspections are available with an appointment and are highly encouraged. For large lots, buyers must arrive early enough to have all items removed before 3:00 pm. See Photos. !!! IMPORTANT: TO AVOID BEING HELD IN DEFAULT OF THE AUCTION, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING!!! Some equipment is very bulky and heavy and may require some disassembly to remove. Please research the equipment you are bidding on so you can be sure to have the necessary tools, personnel, and vehicle/trailer to safely remove the equipment from its location in a timely manner. Unless otherwise stated, we do not provide lifting/loading services, so buyers arriving without adequate and functional equipment to SAFELY remove the items from a facility will be held in default of the auction. Please call (478)508-9468 at least 24 hours in advance for pickup/removal instructions and pickup address verification. Pick up will be available Monday -Thursday and must be completed between the hours of: 8:00 am-3:00 pm. If a buyer arrives without scheduling in advance, there is no guarantee that there will be access to the equipment.
