Description
There is an estimated 60,000 cubic yards of material in a stockpile resulting from the recent excavation of a retention pond. Bidder is responsible for verifying actual quantities. Regarding the removal of fill material from the site, please be advised that the Buyer has a total of 90 days to complete the removal process. As part of this agreement, the Buyer is responsible for backdragging the site once all material has been cleared. Please note that the Buyer is also responsible for making all necessary arrangements and performing all work required for the loading and transportation of the spoil. St. John the Baptist Parish will not be providing any assistance or equipment with these operations.
