Excel 9400 tractor. SN: 001196, Model: 924423. Hour meter reads 754. Model year could not be located but the unit has a purchase date of 11/02/1994. Unit starts, runs and drives. Mowing deck lowers and raises but mowing blades do not engage. Exterior body damage in several areas as seen in the photos. Driver's seat is very worn. Overall operational and mechanical condition of the unit is unknown. It is highly encouraged to schedule an in-person preview for further inspection. Previews and Load Outs available Monday – Friday, 0730-1530. Our Section will be closed on Federal Holidays, Family Days and during Installation closures. Property is located at Building 800 First Street on Fort Richardson. Preview and loadouts are by appointment only.
