It is currently inoperable/ in extremely poor condition/ moldy/ extremely weathered due to extended outdoor yard storage/missing center console/ damaged lower glove box removed/ flat/tire/ body finish peeling/ trunk lock punched/ all tires in poor condition." <b>PROCESSING NOTES</b> : Up for auction is a 1995 Pontiac Grand AM SE Coupe. This vehicle does not run or drive. When attempting to jump there was no life and no noise was heard when turning the ignition. Owning agency mentions this vehicle is inoperable. Bidders will need to be prepared to safely remove this vehicle via tow or flatbed. The exterior in poor condition with heavy signs of being left in the elements, windshield cracked, paint peeling, scratching, and scuffing can be seen. The interior has mold, missing center console, damaged glove box, worn material, stains, moss growth, missing panels, debris, loose headliner, and dirt/dust build up. Truck couldn't be accessed due to the being lock punched. Parts of the undercarriage show rust. Tires are poor condition with one very flat. <b>Please be aware that per <u>Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 :</u> "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.</b>
