Assistance will be provided for the load out, and all applicable rules/procedures must be followed while on site. The site will need 48 hours&apos; notice before scheduling pick-up of the awarded item in order to facilitate scheduling at our facility.<br><b> Schedule Monday through Thursday and load outs should be scheduled between 8:00 AM ET and no later than 3:00 PM ET (lunch is 12:00PMto 12:30 PM) </br> <li>The Acid-Rite® Water pH Balancing System is an automated, tablet-based, NSF/ANSI Standard 50-listed system that sanitizes and maintains optimal pH levels in commercial swimming pools and spas. Using solid sodium bisulfate tablets acts as a safer alternative to liquid muriatic acid, eliminating corrosive fumes, hazardous spills, and complex feed pump maintenance. <br> <b>Please note that the picture(s) may be part of the description but can only be relied upon as a reasonable <br><b>representation of the item(s) listed. Physical inspection of the property is encouraged and highly recommended. <br><b>The buyer is expected to bring all necessary equipment (trailer, winch, jump starter, air compressor, dollies, tools, etc.) to safely load and remove the equipment.
