Advance ES4000 ride-on floor scrubber designed for large-area commercial and industrial cleaning applications. This unit features a seated operator position for efficient cleaning of warehouses, schools, and facilities. Unit powers on and drives. Cleaning functionality has not been tested. Interior tank contains loose components as shown in photos. Model: ES4000 Reference: (6-6-Floor-1) Item is untested beyond basic movement. Working condition of cleaning system and electronics is unknown. All items are sold as-is. Customer is responsible for pickup and removal of the unit. The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item(s) from SLCC Surplus and must take all items at time of pickup. Due to liability, SLCC personnel will not be able to help load or secure items. Be prepared to load your items from a dock door or down a wheelchair ramp. All items are sold with no written, expressed or implied warranty nor other guarantee as to its condition or fitness for use. All sales are final. We are not experts on the items listed for auction. Remember - this bid is the same as a contract. Please only bid on an item that you are serious about buying. If you do win the bid, you are legally bound by contract to purchase the item.
