2012 FREIGHTLINER HEIL 5000 REFUSE PACKER Engine is in "limp" mode. Needs turbo and actuator and other parts to restore engine performance. Has hydraulic leaks. Very worn and used. Has turbo and turbo actuator engine issues. Battery is currently dead. Interior has damaged door panels and console. Exterior has paint scratches, dents and rust.
