The face shields are full-face protective equipment designed for personal protection. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Items are packaged in cases for distribution. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Appointment Requirements: All carriers entering DDSP are required to have an appointment. Appointments must be scheduled via email to ddsp.prelodge@dla.mil with completed forms and Bills of Lading. Pick-up Schedule: Operations schedule for GSA sale pick-ups are Monday to Friday, 0700 until 1330 excluding Federal Holidays on a first come, first served basis. Driver Requirements: All drivers must have no outstanding warrants or fines and possess REAL ID or 2 forms of valid identification. Drivers are subject to background checks and vehicles may be searched. Documentation Required: A Bill of Lading must be completed and sent to all parties 24 hours before pick-up. Warehouse personnel will not load pallets without a BOL. Arrival Time: Drivers must arrive no later than 1230 on the scheduled pick-up date. Late arrivals or no-shows will be rescheduled.
