Overview This lot contains (22) Xerox C405 printers with extra trays. The printers are classified in repairable condition. The items are still in boxes and unused, however they have been stored in containers that were not climate controlled for an extended period of time and there may be damage. Specifications Make: Xerox Model: C405 Key Features Extra trays are included with the printers. Items remain in original boxes. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The printers have not been tested and there is no guarantee they work. Storage in non-climate controlled containers for an extended period may have caused damage. Serial numbers for most assets are available in an attached Excel document. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Property can be viewed Monday through Friday from 9AM to 4PM with prior appointment. Purchaser can pick up the lot Monday through Friday between 08:30AM and 03:30PM with scheduled date and time.
