This lot contains multiple metal lateral file cabinets including approximately 40 lateral file cabinets, 13 six-drawer file cabinets, and 1 four-drawer file cabinet. The cabinets are of various sizes and colors, with some palletized and others loose. Some cabinets may have locks and keys, though most do not. Various identification stickers and labels are present on multiple cabinets. Some cabinets have colored tape or markings for identification purposes. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. This is a US Government site, REAL ID is required and you must be a U.S. Citizen to gain access. The US Department of Energy and its contractors shall not be responsible for any damages to vehicles or trailers during the pick up and loading of this equipment.
