(1) Motorized tug. The equipment is classified in repairable condition. The unit displays typical wear consistent with construction equipment usage. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Equipment displays typical wear consistent with construction equipment usage. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Customer is responsible for all shipping and moving charges, all loading of equipment, and must pick up and remove all item(s) from the facility independently. Item(s) are to be loaded to the tailgate. Vehicle must be able to accommodate standard loading dock only. Item(s) must be picked up within 10 days of winning bid.
