Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Buyer is responsible for packing, palletizing, and removal of all equipment. Buyer must bring all necessary tools and personnel for loading. Items must be removed within 10 business days of auction close. Loading dock access only; tailgate loading required. Proof of ID required at pickup. If a third party is picking up, written confirmation must be emailed prior to arrival. All interested parties are highly encouraged to view the property in person before bidding. Sales are without warranty guarantee, it should be noted that vehicles may have scratches, dents, marks, etc photos included. Tires will have varying degrees of wear, from like-new to needing replacement. Interior may be stained and worn. Repairs may be required.
