The generator does not run and is in unknown operational condition. Visible rust and paint wear throughout the unit, particularly on the frame and housing. Military identification plates and markings are present on the engine and generator components. Control panel gauges and switches show signs of age and wear. No technician validation of equipment deficiencies or required repairs has been performed.
