The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview This lot contains an estimated (10) Alaris 8015 infusion pumps, (10) Alaris 8011 infusion controllers, and (1) multitherm infusion pump. The equipment is classified in usable condition. Specifications Alaris 8015 Infusion Pumps: Make: Alaris Model: 8015 Alaris 8011 Infusion Controllers: Make: Alaris Model: 8011 Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The equipment was in usable condition as of the current date. All equipment is sold with no refunds or exchanges available at pickup. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
