Purchaser must sign a Medical Device Statement of Intent located in the Additional Documents section and email to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov. The item will not be awarded to the bidder until the attached paperwork is completed and returned to the sales contracting officer. Overview This lot contains medical supplies designated for Interventional Radiology and Surgery. The supplies are in new condition and remain in their individual packaging or boxes. Stock numbers, descriptions, quantities, unit of issue, and expiration dates are provided in the accompanying excel documents. Items are organized and packaged into separate boxes positioned on top of pallet or inside corrugated containers. Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. All items are unused and maintain their original packaging integrity. Certain supplies may have multiple expiration dates as noted in the provided documentation. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
