The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview This lot contains (1) MedGraphics Express Series medical device manufactured by Medical Graphics Corp. The unit is model CCM and was reportedly working when removed from service. The device appears to be a complete cardiopulmonary testing system mounted on a mobile cart. Specifications Make: Medical Graphics Corp Model: CCM Serial Number: 224000165 Key Features Express Series cardiopulmonary testing system with integrated display screen. Mobile cart configuration with multiple shelves for equipment storage. Integrated gas mixing system with multiple pressure gauges and regulators. Printer unit included on secondary shelf. Multiple connection ports and tubing for patient testing procedures. Wire basket storage compartment for accessories. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Unit displays MedGraphics branding on the main device and cart base. Various cables and tubing are visible and appear to be connected to the system. The mobile cart shows normal signs of use but appears structurally intact. All visible gauges and display screen are present. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Items must be removed within 10 days of winning bid, by appointment only. Office and dock hours are: 8:00am-3:30pm CST, closed on weekends and holidays.
