The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview This lot contains (2) Welch Allyn SPOT LXI Vital Signs Monitors. The equipment is classified in repairable condition. The monitors are mounted on stands and were purchased in 2012. The equipment was rejected by Biomed and was considered damaged and not functioning. The equipment has been stored under climate-controlled conditions but may be in worn condition with missing parts or internal damage. Key Features Each monitor is mounted on a stand. Equipment was purchased in 2012. Units have been stored under climate-controlled conditions. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The equipment was rejected by Biomed and was considered damaged and not functioning. The equipment may be in worn condition with missing parts or internal damage. The equipment is sold without any guarantee of working condition. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. This facility does not prepare any sales for shipping or assist with loading or removal. All sales must be removed by removal date listed on the GSA sales receipt or the sale lot will be returned to GSA for resale. Buyer is responsible for loading and removal.
