This lot contains a collection of office furniture includes all shown in photos. The furniture is classified in used condition. The lot includes various office furniture pieces that must be removed as a complete set. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. All office furniture in Room 108 must be taken together as one complete lot. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. The purchaser must remove and pickup all items and bring all necessary tools and manpower for removal. Required tools include drills, dollies, carts, and movers.
