The equipment does not run and is in need of repairs. The condition of some components is unknown. No technician is available to validate equipment deficiencies or repairs required. The Onan generator shows visible wear and has various control panels and outlets on the front face. The Libby MEP003A diesel generator displays military-style olive drab coloring and appears weathered. The Power Gard generator shows signs of use with visible wear on the exterior surfaces.
