The unit shows significant wear and deterioration consistent with its age and scrap classification. The system was purchased in October 1996 and has been deemed scrap. The unit may have missing components and require extensive repairs or replacement parts. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
