The unit features a wood-like finish and measures approximately 40 inches wide by 26.5 inches high by 12 inches deep. Key Features Eight individual storage compartments arranged in a 4x2 configuration. Metal label holders attached to the front of each cubby. Adjustable shelving system with pre-drilled holes for shelf positioning. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Laminate edging is peeling up in multiple areas along the cabinet edges. The cardboard backing is partially loose and detached. Visible wear and damage to the laminate surface, particularly along corners and edges. A blue identification label is affixed to the back panel. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
