Overview This lot contains (49) laptops consisting of (41) Dell Latitude 5400 and (8) HP laptops including EliteBook 745, EliteBook x360, ProBook 630, and ProBook 650 models. The laptops are classified in used condition. Units were acquired between July 2020 and September 2023 and have been stored in secure IT storage. All laptops were reported as usable but may show normal wear consistent with age and use. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Units may show normal wear consistent with age and use including cosmetic wear such as scratches, scuffs, worn keys, or faded labels. No major damage was reported, but minor physical defects are possible due to age and handling. Power supplies are not included. Additional accessories such as cords, dongles, packaging, or documentation may be missing. Internal components such as RAM and batteries may vary and are not guaranteed. Units may require cleaning, re-imaging, or hardware replacement. No full functional testing has been performed beyond basic usability reporting. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
