Overview This lot contains (50) Dell Latitude 5400 laptop computers. The laptops are classified in used condition. All units were acquired between August 2020 and October 2020 and show normal signs of wear from routine federal service. Hard drives have been removed in accordance with federal data sanitization requirements, and no power supplies or accessories are included. Functional condition is unknown as no individual inspection or testing has been conducted. Functional condition is unknown, and units are offered strictly AS-IS/WHERE-IS with no guarantees, warranties, or verification of operability. All 50 laptops are stored together in a single box inside a secure IT storage area. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Purchaser is responsible for providing any missing components, including SSD/HDD storage drives, power adapters, and operating system software.
