Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. All shipping or transportation costs for this property are the responsibility of the recipient. There is no packing or shipping from this location. Pick up only during normal dock hours (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM). Truck dimensions cannot exceed 12 ft high and 24 ft length. Pick-up truck, flat bed, or box truck only.
